There are 6 floors and there are two main lifts and two service lifts.

Yes, all of rooms have it. It produces hot air in the winter and cold air in the summer.

Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?

Yes.

Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?

For 24 hours.

Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?

In the hotel garage at the 2009 price of €16 (including VAT) for 24 hours or the public car park of the Mercado Puerta de Toledo, in front of the hotel.

Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?

Yes, we have a business center with an additional charge.

Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer?Is it wireless?

In all the rooms and all the communal areas there is a broadband Internet connection via WIRELESS with no additional cost for the guest, courtesy of the hotel.

Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?

Yes. They are double rooms with a 1.80m-wide bed and lounge. They can be reserved by requesting a DOUBLE ROOMS WITH LOUNGE.

2009: around 28/35 €. It takes about 25 a 40 minutes, it depends on traffic.

It is quiet and monumental.

I am travelling to attend a trade fair at IFEMA: will it be easy to reach from your hotel?

The hotel is located in the historical centre of the city. IFEMA is in the vicinity of the airport, there is a metro line between the IFEMA trade fair park and the hotel.
